In order to ensure that our students have time to eat breakfast safely and be in the classroom at 7:45, breakfast will be served until 7:35 to all students. Students who are riding a late bus or have an excused tardy may be served after this time.
The Student Council Store will be open Monday and Wednesday from 7:00am-7:45am near the concession stand area.
Kindergarten registration is set for April 29th here at Allons. To sign up for an appointment slot, please contact the office staff.
Pre-K applications can be picked up in the office at this time. Please see Ms. Donna to request your application.
Honor roll and Perfect attendance school wide awards for the second nine weeks have been postponed at this time. More information will be forwarded when the plans are rescheduled.
New steps are being installed at our school. Please remeind your child to stay away from the construction area until we open up the steps to be used. The steps will connect the top parking lot to the middle parking lot. This will allow a safer access point to enter our school for those that park in the lower and middle lots.
As of now, we have a few boxes of candy that was returned that we need to sell. If your child would like to sell more candy, please see Ms. Donna in the office. The student will reeive $5 for each box that they sell. It is going fast, so get your requests in as soon as you can.
Yearbooks are on sale. The price is $20 until Mar. 12th. After this date the price will be $25.
News from our PTO meeting 3-10-10:
Plans are underway for our Hawk Walk to be held May 7th. Students will beginning collecting donations April 5th. All money collect must be turned in to the classroom teacher no later than May 3rd. Each class will be asking for two parent volunteers to help the day of the event. Each class will be designing T-shirts for the walk beginning April 26th. The top fund raiser will receive a $25 gift card to Walmart. There will be prizes for different levels of fund raising as well. Our goal is to raise $3000. Please help us to make this a huge success. More information to come!
Our Next PTO meeting will be Tuesday, April 13th.
SNOW DAY INFORMATION:
Current plans are that we will attend school on Good Friday as well as Mon., Tues., and Wed. of spring break (as of March 10th). PLEASE understand that this may change. Updates will be posted as they are received.

If your child is absent from school, a note must be sent to school the day he or she returns to school in order for it to be excused. Click here for a printable excuse note to send to school. Excused absences shall include: personal illness, illness of immediate family member or death in family, extreme weather conditions, religious observances, circumstances which in the judgement of the principal creates emergencies over which the student has no control.
If your child is riding a bus with another student, a note must be sent to school with the signature of the parent or guardian and must be signed by the principal for approval. Click here for a printable note to send to school.
